I came down one morning to find Josh and Lucy engaged in some daughter-daddy play. I watched too long, remembered my camera, and missed it the first time. Happily, both Josh and Lucy were up for more fun time, so while this is a little more staged than it should have been, Lucy's joy is totally authentic.

I like that daddy/Lucy play involves her nearly mauling him...with glee! I routinely hear John squawk "Ouch!" when he and Susannah are playing-- one reason why Josh may be glad his beard is momentarily gone...
