Yesterday Lucy learned how to say the word "up" complete with a "puh" sound at the end and the cutest little pursing of lips to go along with the noise. She uses it with authority- to be picked up, or to get up on something. Look how pleased she is!

My kids still grunt, mostly, but Lilee has taken to saying Hi!! when she rounds a corner.
It's actually more like AhhhhhhhHHHHHHaaaaa, with over-inflection.
