Here are our Halloween pictures. Lisa lent me her camera, since I ran out of room from the crazy weekend- I will get to that, but it's a massive project that I'm not ready for.
Lucy and Bowden were hailed as the "cutest chickens" and we had a lot of fun walking around town. We got so much candy. At one point, Bowden said, "I think we have enough candy."
That's how much we got.

Why are your babies so cute? I love the costumes Sarah.
I love how Lucy's eyes are popping out as she attempts to suck on her lollipop!
And the first picture of Bowden - he looks like he's scurrying around gathering his candy.
I had the same plastic pumpkin growing up. How fun.
I agree - they ARE the cutest chickens!
I wish we'd stayed in Cali and collected candy with these two chicks. Lilee was a chicken too, but her costume wasn't nearly so cute. Ian was a cow and Griff a dinosaur. He LOVED the pirate booty bag (pictures to follow, complete with pirate's teeth!!) I miss you so much already.... Kisses to that little Lulu and Mr. Bowdo. Mwah (that was for you).
They are shamelessly dear. I love those costumes and the plump little chicken bellies! My favorites are Josh and Bowden grinning so wide and the eagle nibbling on Bowden's shoulder. (It's like a avian showdown, and Bowden the Chicken isn't concerned enough to even look...)
Though it's a massive project, I'm frothing at the mouth for those pictures of Sharon and Justin's Big Day. I got a momentary fix at Lisa's blog, but it wasn't nearly enough to satisfy me. MORE!
PS. Sarah... my blog is now starting to produce pictures!
I can't believe how big your kids are!!!
It's been entirely too long since we've seen each other. We need to remedy that!
the best things about these costumes are the fat bellies and bottoms, and that they fit right over their clothes and were super thick.
i'm thinking of going to old navy and seeing if they have leftovers of their other costumes on sale for next year, although i think lucy may be a chicken again.
liana- glad you're finally doing SOMETHING! can't wait to look!
sand- glad you're back on too, and i can't wait for pictures of griff in those nasty teeth- we'll be your way in 3 weeks!
christina- come over!!!!
and f-abigail- the pictures of rosie and Justin just need to be sent to me by photographer Bob...i had no time for pictures of my own, strangely...
Careful what you say, I'll likely take you up on it! I was really hoping to go to the opening party thing at camp this weekend for the new building, but Dono has a soccer game and my boyfriend is going to a rock crawling competition in Vegas. I've been dying to show him camp, and I've been wanting to get back up there myself. I'd also love for his kids to go to Teen Camp, but I don't know how into that they'd be...
I'll be in touch, and we'll figure out a day that works!
You have the two cutest chickens in the world!!
