Halloween was fun- we didn't carve our own pumpkins, although I meant to, but it was Halloween day and we had the preschool party and the town festival, so I didn't want to make it too big of a deal. I think I will make them into pie. Bowden was a knight.
Lucy was a princess.
A pretty princess.
Jack liked the pomp of it all.

The kids sang some songs in preschool for the parents.

Lucy was able to join in the games later.

Lucy is a very pretty princess.
Later we went trick-or-treating in town, with Jack as a Jack-O-Lantern.

It was nice, and they got candy. Bowden won four fish who lived for all of a week and a half.

As I'm looking at the pictures and catching up on your trip, Miriam is leaning over my shoulder and asking me who every baby and child is. She asked if the pictures of Jack and Selah by the bathtub were pictures of her. I said "No, they're my friends' babies." She then got excited and said "Oh, can we take care of them?"

So I guess you have a volunteer to babysit Jack and Selah. From a 3 1/2 year old... :) Adorable pictures. We still have to get all of our chickens together!
