We visited my mom in early December, which was both joyful and exciting, but perhaps the most wonderful thing to come out of that trip was this giant zucchini that my son Bowden found in Nanny's forgotten and neglected garden.
Now, I know that sometimes a zucchini can get pithy if grown too large, but this beauty seemed fine.
Zucchini is my favorite vegetable. I have a series of posts for Josh's blog that will soon be up, showing what we did with this behemoth of a squash.
