Some kind person, who I will not name so that she can recieve her rewards in heaven, send us a boxful of clothing and another of books. Lucy tried on many of the outfits, but ended up in her favorite get-up with her favorite accessory.



Someday in May, Rosie and Justin will be having their own little girl, and Lucy may be a little upset...Selah Paix Paulson-Wentzell will be her name, but you cannot have the name. It is copyrighted.

Rosie KNEW she was having a girl. (I have never KNOWN, but always had a desire one way or the other, but not this time. I just would like the baby to be healthy and have webbed toes like its father.) TRosie and Justin are very excited, and so is everyone else. We like girls.

Rosie gave me a new camera, so here you have a picture of today. Lucy can't stop playing with the phone, and Bowden can't remain clothed. Ah, well.
Despite my assertion that I would never play Settlers of Catan again, I recieved the game for Christmas from my thoughtful and lovely sister Rosie, and am now always hungry for some more Catan. We all love it.







Our walk was cut short by the beginning of a hail storm that became the strangest snow storm I've ever experienced. At a few points during the day and night, hail, snow, lightning and thunder were all present at the same time. Whoa, trippy....

Lucy recently that her face can say many things, even if her mouth cannot form the insults or delights she wants to make known.
